Setting Up Appointment Confirmation Email & SMS Templates
From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Settings, then under Features, select Email and SMS Notifications.
In the Customer Communications section, locate Appointment Confirmation and click Edit in either the Email or SMS column to customize the templates.
