Setting Up Appointment Follow-Up Email or SMS Templates
From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Settings, then under Features, select Email and SMS Notifications.
In the Customer Communications section, locate Appointment Follow-Up and click Edit in either the Email or SMS column to customize the template.
