This guide explains how to access Email & SMS notification settings in ZenMaid and customize Come Back email templates, including selecting when emails are sent and saving your automation preferences.

From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Settings, located on the bottom left-hand side of your ZenMaid account.

With Settings opened, you can find Email & SMS communications under the Features section.

From the Email & SMS Notifications page, you can find the Email template for Come Back under Customer communications.

Choose when the Come Back should be sent.

Click "Save" once done.
