Summary
The Today's Emails and Texts feature in ZenMaid allows you to review the emails and text messages sent on a particular date.
You can also check sent communications individually for each appointment.

Viewing Communication Logs in Today's Emails/Text
Accessing Today's Emails/Texts
Go to any Scheduling View.
Click on the Action button and find the Today's Emails/Texts option.
This option will display your communication history for the day.
Icon Meaning
After selecting the date, you'll notice various icons next to each communication:
1. Green Checkmarks: Indicates successful sending.
2. Blue Eyes: Suggests the customer has opened the email. Note that text messages cannot be tracked in the same way.
3. Yellow Clock: The message is scheduled for a future send-out.
4. Pink Hand: Indicates manual sending.
5. Red Exclamation Marks: Symbolize an error in the sending process. Hover over the icon for more information.
Viewing Sent SMS or Email Content
To view the full SMS or email content, look for the gray text describing the message type, such as “Estimate Confirmation text was sent on,” “Invoice Notification email was sent on,” or “Appointment Reminder text was sent on.”
Click directly on that gray text area to view the contents.
Side Note
When an email or text is not sent, you will get an error message. If you don't know the reason for an error, don't hesitate to reach out at support@zenmaid.com
Viewing Communication Logs in Appointments
Another way of checking sent communications is by going to the appointment you can check the communications for.
Click on an appointment within any Scheduling View.
Scroll down to the Emails and Texts section. This section contains all the communication logs related to that specific appointment.
