  • Templates can only be scheduled using the preset timing options listed below. Custom send times (such as 15 minutes before an appointment) are not supported.

Accessing the Email and SMS Notifications Page and Updating Text and Email Notification Timing

Accessing Notification Settings

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Settings, then under Features, select Email and SMS Notifications.


Choosing A Notification Template

  • In any of the sections, locate an email or SMS template and click Edit in either the Email or SMS column to customize the templates.

  • Choose the specific template, such as an Appointment Reminder.


Updating The Send Date Or Time

  • Head to the When to send section.

  • Select the specific date and time you want the email or SMS to be sent.

  • Click Save after updating the template.

Side Note

  • Changes take effect immediately after saving, so make sure the timing is correct before proceeding.
