Summary
This article explains how ZenMaid lets you manually send emails or text messages to customers directly from an appointment or from a contact’s profile. It shows how to choose a template, customize your message, and select the right recipient as long as the customer has valid contact information.

Send an Email Manually (From A Contact Page)
From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Contacts > All Contacts.
Search for the customer directly or use the filters to locate the profile.

Additional Notes
Sending an email/text will only be available if the customer has an email address/phone number in their profile.
Manual texts you send will contribute to your SMS usage.
If the available templates don't suit your needs, you can always delete the content and start an email from scratch.
Your email/sms templates can be updated here https://app.zenmaid.com/settings/communication-templates.
