Cancelling an Appointment

  • Go to any scheduling view of your preference using the calendar icon .

  • Select the appointment you want to cancel and click on it.

  • Use the Status field and change it to "Cancelled".

  • Right after you change the status, a pop-up window will appear. Here you can select to notify your client, your cleaner, both, or none.

Important

  • Deleting data from ZenMaid can't be recovered, even on the backend, so you have to be 100% sure you won't need this information later.

  • Go to any scheduling view of your preference using the calendar icon .

  • Select the appointment you want to delete and click on it.

  • Use the Actions button and select Delete from the drop-down menu.

  • A pop-up warning will appear on your screen.

  • Click the Delete button, and the appointment will disappear from your schedule.


Additional Notes

  • Cancelling an appointment might hide it from your scheduling view. Check the filters on top to find them.

  • Deleted data from ZenMaid can't be recovered, even from the backend.
