  • Use this guide to update the default work items for a recurring service so future appointments reflect the correct tasks.

Important

  • Changes only apply from the date you choose forward. Past appointments will not be updated. If you only need to change one visit, edit the appointment instead of the recurring service.


Editing Default Work Items

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Scheduling > Calendar View (or any calendar view you prefer).

  • Click on a recurring appointment.

  • In the appointment details panel on the right, click Actions, then select Manage Recurring Service.

  • On the Manage Recurring Service page, scroll to Default Appointment Information.

  • Under Default appointment, click Work Items.

  • In the pop-up window, check or uncheck the Work Items you want to update.

  • Next, select the date when the work item changes should take effect.

  • Click Change service details for the cleanings selected to save.
