Summary
Here's how you can apply an amount to one or all appointments in a recurring service.
These steps are for appointments that were created after the settings were changed when updating your service fees or tax.
Applying a new tax rate change systematically.
Applying a price increase/price change systematically.
Accessing The Appointment Financials
From your ZenMaid dashboard, go to your Calendar.
Click on the appointment you want to apply a price, a price change, tax, a recurring tip, or a discount.
On the appointment sidebar to your right, scroll down to see the appointment financials.
Editing One-Time Or Individual Appointments
To change the Total appointment price, click on the Price line, for example, and add a value.
With a value in the pricing box, press ENTER on your keyboard.
To Note:
If this is a One-Time appointment, that is all you need to do.
Editing Appointments Within A Recurring Service
Ensure the amounts are all set correctly, as you will apply the changes to the rest of the appointments in the recurring series.
To set the same amount to the recurring appointment, click the Billing actions button and then select Copy financials to all future appointments of this recurring service.
Side Note
A notification will then show up saying that the financials have been applied to all future services except for the ones that are already marked as paid.
You can also use these steps to remove a price, overcharge, discount, tip, or tax.
Applying A New Tax Rate Systematically
Applying A Tax Change
Set up a new tax rate.
Choose a start date for when the tax rate will take effect.
Pick an appointment -- (It's recommended to start from one side of your calendar and work your way to the other side)
Update the tax rate in the appointment financials.
Click the Billing actions button and then select Copy financials to all future appointments of this recurring service if available.
Move on to the next appointment on the same day.
Repeat the process until you find that each new appointment you click on has the new tax rate already applied.

A tax rate change may take effect at a later date, so starting from that day on is the best practice.
This is a manual process, but some automation in ZenMaid makes it easier than going one appointment at a time.

Update your pricing structure in ZenMaid.
Choose a start date for when the tax rate will take effect.

Applying A Service Price Change Or Price Increase Using The Automatically Estimate Amount Owed Feature
Update your Work Items and Man Hour Cost in ZenMaid.
Choose a start date of when the tax rate will take effect.
Pick an appointment -- (It's recommended to start from one side of your calendar and work your way to the other side)
Edit the appointment.
Scroll down to Billing
Uncheck and then recheck the Automatically estimated amount owed checkbox.
Click the Billing actions button and then select Copy financials to all future appointments of this recurring service if available.
Move on to the next appointment on the same day.
Repeat the process until you find that each new appointment you click on has the new price rate already applied.

Job Estimation page
The Job Estimate page will have Work Items and the Default Man Hour Cost.
Cleaner Profile
There is also a default Man Hour cost feature on each cleaner profile.
