Summary
While you can switch cleaners in any appointment individually, you can also save the changes for all future appointments in a recurring service.
Here are two ways you can change the default cleaner(s) in all appointments in a recurring service.
Accessing The Manage Recurring Service Page
From your Dashboard, click Contacts in the left-hand menu and select All Contacts, then open the customer whose recurring appointment you want to update.
In the customer’s profile, click the Appointments tab.
Under the Appointments section, select Active recurring services to view all ongoing recurring services for that customer.
Click the arrow ( > ) next to the recurring service you want to edit to open its details and change the default cleaner or team.
Changing a Team from the Customer's Profile
Important
For the Change Default Team button to appear, you'll need to have a team set up on the Teams page.

On the Manage recurring service page, click the pencil icon next to Cleaners and team to change the default cleaner or team for this recurring service.
In the Edit assignments pop-up, select the new team or cleaner you want to assign, then click Next: Select appointments.
Choose whether the change should apply to all future appointments or start from a specific appointment date, then click Apply changes to save.
Changing an individual cleaner(s) directly from the Appointment
From any Scheduling View, click on the recurring appointment for which you wish to change the default cleaner.
On the appointment side panel, go to the Cleaners section and click on Assign.
Add the new cleaner and check the Assign selected cleaners to all future appointments in this recurring service? option.
Click Assign Cleaners to save changes.
