Changing the Default Status for a Recurring Service

Accessing the appointment actions

  • Select the desired appointment.

  • Review the appointment overview shown on the right side.

  • Click Actions and select Manage recurring service.


Updating the default appointment status

  • Go to the Default Appointment Information section and click Change Default Status..

  • In the pop-up window, expand the Change status to drop-down menu.

  • Select the desired status.


Applying the status change

  • Select the first appointment from which the new status should apply.

  • Click Change status after the service selected above to save your changes.
