Managing recurring services allows you to update appointment statuses in bulk, ensuring consistency across future appointments without editing each one individually.
Important
Status changes apply only on and after the date you select.
Past appointments will not be updated.
This action affects all future appointments tied to the recurring service.
Changing the Default Status for a Recurring Service
Choose an appointment with a recurring service (indicated by the
icon)
On the Manage Recurring Service page, click Change Default Status. under Default Appointment.
In the pop-up, expand the Change status to drop-down.
Select the desired status.
