Managing recurring services allows you to update appointment statuses in bulk, ensuring consistency across future appointments without editing each one individually.
Important
Status changes apply only on and after the date you select.
Past appointments will not be updated.
This action affects all future appointments tied to the recurring service.
Changing the Default Status for a Recurring Service
Accessing the appointment actions
Select the desired appointment.
Review the appointment overview shown on the right side.
Click Actions and select Manage recurring service.
Updating the default appointment status
Go to the Default Appointment Information section and click Change Default Status..
In the pop-up window, expand the Change status to drop-down menu.
Select the desired status.
Applying the status change
Select the first appointment from which the new status should apply.
Click Change status after the service selected above to save your changes.
