Time Settings
It is common that an appointment is booked an appointment outside of business hours, for example, at 1:00 am when it was meant to be 1:00 pm. If your calendar is set to show a certain time range, you won't be able to see the appointment.
To change the time range:
Click on Settings and then go to Scheduling views, or click here https://app.zenmaid.com/settings/calendar-appearance.
From there, you can adapt the range to cover the whole day.
Make sure to save changes once you are done and go back to your calendar to look for the appointment.
From the Contact Profile
To confirm the appointment was correctly placed, go to the customer's profile page.
Go to Contacts and search their name using the search bar.
Click on the customer's name.
Go to the Appointments tab and look for the appointment there. It should be under "All future appointments"
Appointment Status Settings
If you created new Appointment Statuses, it is possible that you missed the correct settings to show appointments on the calendar by default.
If an appointment is hidden from your calendar, you'll get notified on the top right part:
To change this setting:
Go to Settings and then Appointment Statuses or click https://app.zenmaid.com/settings/appointment-status.
Look for the status and click on the + sign to open the settings. Make sure to check this box:
Save changes and go back to your calendar.
You can also check it out if you:
Click on the appointment hidden button
And under Display Statuses, you click Check All
