Learn what integrations are possible with ZenMaid and Zapier.
Important
It is not possible to sync ZenMaid with third-party calendars like Google Calendar or Apple Calendar (iCal). Our powerful scheduling system eliminates the need to rely on Google Calendar, providing you with an easy and efficient way to stay on top of your schedule.
ZenMaid does not support any kind of public API, including REST endpoints, webhooks, or programmatic data access.
Before contacting support, ensure you have verified your Zap configurations, tested functionality, and reviewed field mappings between ZenMaid and Zapier to expedite the troubleshooting process.
When writing to the Customer Support team, it would help us to better understand your end goal if you provided the following details:
What would trigger the action for data to pass between the apps?
What action or trigger are you wanting the integration between apps to accomplish?
Where would the data be posted?
How would the data be stored?
When one app sends data over, what would you like to see happen?
Accessing Zapier
On the All Integrations page, under Your Settings, you can access Zapier directly from your ZenMaid account.
You can also visit Zapier.com to create an integration.
Using Zapier’s Copilot to Connect ZenMaid With Your Other Apps
Important
Copilot suggestions are not always final. You must review and confirm all trigger/action steps before turning the Zap on.
Field mapping may be incomplete. Copilot may leave some required ZenMaid fields blank, so you will need to fill these in manually.
Test data must exist. If your ZenMaid account has no recent bookings or customers, Copilot will not be able to auto-generate sample data.
Open Zapier Copilot
Log in to your Zapier account.
You’ll land on the main “What would you like to automate?” dashboard (shown above).
At the top of the page, you’ll see the Copilot (AI Beta) search bar.
Tell Copilot What You Want to Build
Type a sentence describing the automation you want.
Examples:
“When I get a new customer in ZenMaid, add them to HubSpot.”
“Create a new invoice in QuickBooks Online whenever a ZenMaid booking is completed.”
“Add new ZenMaid clients to a Mailchimp audience.”
Review the Draft Automation
Copilot will generate a draft Zap that includes:
1. A trigger (e.g., New Customer in ZenMaid)
2. One or more actions (e.g., Create Contact in HubSpot)
3. Suggested field mappings

The more specific your prompt, the better Copilot performs.

Additional Information
Automatically importing leads/appointments into ZenMaid from apps like HomeAdvisor, Google Calendar, or iCal is not possible. The app must integrate with Zapier.
If your software does not connect with Zapier, and an export can be run, our team can take that data export and add the information to your ZenMaid account.
Note that the 'Booking Created' trigger in ZenMaid's Zapier integration only works with bookings submitted through the Booking Form. Standard appointments or unrelated submissions will not activate this trigger.
Best Practices for ZenMaid and Zapier Workflows
Validate Data Mapping: Check that all fields in the Zap workflow are correctly mapped to their intended destinations in ZenMaid.
Run Regular Tests: Periodically test Zap workflows to verify they function as expected.
Document Integration Changes: Maintain records of any updates or changes made to Zap configurations.
Seek Help When Needed: Contact ZenMaid or Zapier support for assistance if the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue.
