This article explains how to create multiple weekly recurring services for the same customer by setting up each day as its own recurring appointment. This allows every weekday’s service to be managed, edited, or paused independently for full scheduling flexibility.
Creating Multiple Weekly Recurring Services
Important
Each day of service must be created as its own recurring appointment.
Example
Monday → Weekly
Tuesday → Weekly
Wednesday → Weekly
This ensures each weekday’s service can be edited, paused, or canceled independently.
For the easiest workflow, use Calendar View (Week View) or Dispatch View – Weekly Scheduling.
Schedule the First Appointment
From the ZenMaid Dashboard, navigate to Calendar View (Week View) or Dispatch View.
Click on the first day of the week the service should start (e.g., Monday).
Select or Create the Customer
Choose the customer from the list or create a new customer profile.
Set the Recurrence
In the appointment side panel, set Recurrence = Weekly.
Complete all required appointment fields.
Click Create Appointment.
Repeat for Each Day of the Week
Repeat Steps 1–3 for the remaining weekdays you want scheduled. You will end up with a separate weekly recurring appointment for:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
(or whichever days apply to the customer.)
Side Note
To quickly create weekly recurring services, you can use the Copy feature.
Managing the weekly recurring services
You can now manage each weekly service for each day of the week individually by going to the customer's profile, under Scheduled Services.
Click on Manage Recurring Service for the recurring service you want to edit. The edits you make on the next page will apply to all future appointments of that recurring service.
