Summary

  • The Manage Recurring Service Page (MRSP) is the control center for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining recurring service appointments. It includes service configuration details such as service type, address, and pricing, along with scheduled appointments, status updates, and cleaner assignment information.


Recurring Service Options

Editing

  • To adjust the recurrence and time, click Edit.

  • On the pop-up window, you can:

    • Choose when the recurring service Repeats

    • Pick On which day the recurring service lands.

    • Select the Start and end time of the recurring service.

    • And lastly, Select the date from which you want to apply these changes.


Stop after specific date

  • To choose when the recurring service stops, click Stop after specific date.

  • On the pop-up window, you can:

    • Choose This recurring service will be cancelled after the job you select below.


Delete

  • To delete a recurring service, click Delete.

  • On the pop-up window, you can:

    • Choose to confirm to Delete the recurring service.

    • Cancel the deletion process.


Default Appointment Options

  • The Default Appointment section defines the base setup of the scheduled service.

    It includes:

    • Status

    • Service type

    • Address

    • Service price

    • Assigned cleaners or team

    • Work items

    • Custom fields

    • Notes

    • Checklist

  • Updates made here can be applied to all future appointments in the series or starting from a specific appointment onward. You can choose how the changes are applied in the pop-up window after selecting what you want to update.


Scheduled Appointments

  • The Scheduled appointments display all upcoming and past appointments generated from the recurring service.

  • From here, individual appointments can be reviewed and adjusted as needed without affecting the entire series.

    • To edit, use the pencil icon.

    • To view an appointment, use the arrow icon.
