Inactivating Customers

  • Ensure the customer has no future appointments by either canceling the recurring service or changing the Appointment Status to Cancelled.

  • You can also manually choose the client's Customer Status by editing their profile and selecting the 'This is a former recurring customer' Customer history option.

  • Either option will tag them as Former clients.
