Summary
Managing your customer profiles in ZenMaid helps keep your contact records accurate. You can view, update, or remove information directly from any customer profile
Accessing a Contact Profile
Go to Contacts > All Contacts from your ZenMaid dashboard
Use the search bar to find the customer
Click on the customer's name from the search results
Editing a Contact Profile
Click the Actions button at the top of the profile and select Edit
Scroll through the page and click on the sub-sections (Location Details and Notes & Other Information) to view, add, edit, or delete information
Click Save Changes when done
Managing Phone Numbers
If your contact doesn't have a mobile number on file yet, you may simply enter their phone number under the Phone Numbers field.
Changing Contact Labels
Select the phone number type by clicking on the drop-down menu.
Adding Another Mobile Number
If you need another phone number recorded in your contact's profile, click on the +Add Phone Number button.
Removing Your Contact's Mobile Number
If you need to delete a phone number and replace it with a new one, you may simply click on the trash can icon beside the existing phone number.
