How to Add A New Contact Profile

  • Here are different ways to add a new contact/lead/customer to your ZenMaid account.


Option 1 - Through The Contacts Page


Option 2 - From The Calendar

  • From your ZenMaid calendar, select an empty spot in your calendar.

Once the New appointment sidebar is open, select the Add new button.


Adding Customer Information

  • Add the customer's details on the New Contact page:

  • Location details:

  • Note and other information, which can be customized in the settings:

  • Just above the Save/Save and create appointment buttons, expand the Customer history drop-down menu and select the appropriate option for your customer.

  • Click "Save" or "Save and Create Appointment" if you are ready to create an appointment.
