This guide explains where cleaners can find property access instructions and Must-Read Notes in the mobile app.

In this guide, you'll learn how to:

Open your ZenMaid mobile app and go to your Calendar.

Look for the key icon next to any appointment.

Tap on the appointment.

Tap on the section labeled with the key icon to view property access instructions, property access notes, and see whether a key is required to be picked up and/or returned to the office.

On the Calendar screen, any appointment with a Must-Read Note will display the note prominently.

You must open and read the Must-Read Note before you can view full appointment details.

These notes may include special instructions or important customer requests that you need to be aware of before starting the job.

If the office has enabled the Key Pick-Up Reminder and/or Key Drop-Off Reminder SMS templates in their ZenMaid account, you will automatically receive text messages when keys need to be picked up or returned.

If enabled, these reminders are sent before your appointment to ensure you have enough time to collect or return the keys as needed.
