ZenMaid's Job Estimation feature lets you charge customers based on exactly how long cleaners actually worked, down to the minute.
By matching scheduled times to clocked times and triggering a recalculation, the system automatically adjusts the total owed using your preset man-hour rates.
Setting up man-hour rates
If you have not set your Man-Hour rates yet, refer to the How Automatically Estimate Amount Owed Works article.
Updating the appointment time
Open the appointment after cleaners have clocked in and out.
Edit the scheduled time to match the cleaners' clocked times.
Scroll to the bottom and select Automatically Recalculate.
Click Save to apply the updated pricing.
Side Note
For example, if each cleaner has a man-hour rate of $60 and the appointment was scheduled for 2 hours ($120), but clocked times equal 1 hour 58 minutes, the recalculated total will be $118.
