Learn how to access your ZenMaid account settings to review and adjust them so your account is fully optimized for your business.

Important

  • ZenMaid supports the following languages for the app interface:

1. English

Accessing Your Settings Page

  • Click the Settings icon ⚙️ at the bottom left, or open it through your profile menu in the top right by selecting All settings.


Accessing Your Personal Details

  • When you open Settings, you’ll be directed to the Personal Details page by default.

  • In Personal details, you can update your login email, phone number, name, language, and change your password.


Accessing the Business Details Page

  • On the Your Settings page, click on the Company Details page.

  • In Company Details, you can update all the information related to your business, such as:

1. Cleaning service name

2. Company email

3. Company phone

4. Website URL

5. Facebook page URL

6. Logo upload (with delete option)

7. Company billing address


Accessing the Country, Time Zone, and Date/Time Format Page

  • On the Your Settings page, click on the Country, Time Zone, and Date/Time Format page.

  • In Country, Time Zone, and Date/Time Format, you can set your time zone and change the report email frequency.


Accessing Your Plan and Billing Page

Important

  • Your ZenMaid subscription can only be paid with a credit or debit card.

  • You cannot use external processors or bank accounts to pay ZenMaid directly.

What’s on the Plan and Billing Screen

  • On the Plan and Billing screen, you can check several things, such as:

1. View your current plan, select a different plan, or cancel your account.

2. Check how many SMS credits you have left and enable automatic SMS credit renewal.

3. Add a primary and secondary credit card.

4. Review your billing details.

5. View all your past invoices.


How to Update Your Payment Method

  • On the Plan and Billing page, scroll down to the Payment methods section and select the Add payment method button.

  • From there, add the card number, the expiry date, and the CVC

  • Once done, don't forget to click the Add payment method button.

Side Note

  • You can access the Plan and Billing screen by clicking ⚙️ Settings in the left sidebar or hovering over the profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting Billing & plan.
