How to Allow Staff to View Their Own Payroll

Enabling Payroll Access For Your Staff

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Settings.

  • In the Features section, click Payroll.

  • On the next page, select the option to allow your staff to view their own payroll.


Showing Your Staff Where They Can Access Payroll

Important

  • At least one approved payroll is required before proceeding to the next steps. Click the article below for a step-by-step guide on how to run payroll in ZenMaid.

Logging Into ZenMaid

  • When staff members log in to their ZenMaid accounts through the web app, they will be able to view approved payroll entries. To access the web app on a desktop or mobile device, please have them follow the steps outlined in the article below.


Accessing Payroll

  • Once logged in, staff members can head over to the Payroll icon and view their payroll entries.

  • On the Payroll History page, staff can view details of each entry.


Additional Information

  • Depending on the language set in the staff member’s profile, they will be able to view payroll entries in that selected language.
