Managing clocked times in ZenMaid is essential for ensuring payroll accuracy and operational efficiency. The ability to edit clock-in and clock-out times helps resolve issues such as forgotten entries or timing errors.

Always review your appointments and time entries for any corrections needed. This keeps your time-tracking records accurate and up to date.

From your ZenMaid Dashboard, you can select any Scheduling View

Select the appointment that you want to edit the cleaner's clock-in/clock-out times.

Once the appointment sidebar appears, locate the Cleaners section.

Click on the Time In and Out button.

A pop-up will appear, where you can modify In and Out times for each of the cleaners assigned to the appointment you previously selected.

After you've made your changes, click on Save.

The cleaner who edited the clock-in/clock-out times will have a blue hand icon.

If you hover over the hand or the time that was changed, you will see a card notifying the exact time the in and out times were edited.

If you unassign the cleaners with the incorrect time and then reassign them, their clocked times will revert to the scheduled times. Additionally, changes you had manually made will be reverted to scheduled times.

If clock-in and clock-out times were logged on the wrong appointment, you cannot remove those times directly. Instead, the best solution is to:
