Additional Information
SMS bundles start at $14 for 125 messages, with discounts available for higher usage. Unlike ZenMaid’s monthly billing on the same day each month, charges for SMS bundles may occur more or less often depending on your usage.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Accurate Workforce Representation - When adding cleaners or any other personnel to your account, please note that ZenMaid requires all workforce information to be truthful, complete, and current at all times per our Terms of Service. You are responsible for promptly updating your account to reflect any changes in your team. Misrepresentation of workforce data may result in billing adjustments or account suspension.
