This article explains how to use the impersonate feature in ZenMaid to log in as a cleaner and view the platform from their perspective.
Important
Impersonating a cleaner logs you into their account view. Any actions taken will reflect as if performed by that cleaner.
Impersonating A Cleaner On The Web App
Accessing the Cleaner List
From the ZenMaid Dashboard, go to the Cleaners section from the left sidebar.
Make sure the filter at the top is set to show Active Cleaners.
Impersonating a Cleaner
Locate the cleaner you want to impersonate.
Under the Actions column, click the login arrow icon (the button to the left of the pencil icon).
ZenMaid will switch your view to that cleaner's account.
Returning to Your Account
To exit the impersonation view, look for the option to return to your main account, typically displayed in a banner or top bar.
Side Note
The impersonation feature is useful for troubleshooting access issues or reviewing what a cleaner sees in their portal.
