Here are ways on how you can create, delete, or complete tasks in ZenMaid.

Creating a Task
Create a Task Through the Actions Button
From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Scheduling and select any appointment view.
Click the Actions button.
Select Create Task.
A new window will open in the sidebar.
Fill in the task details.
Click Create to save.
Create a Task Through the Task Panel
From the Calendar View or Dispatch View, locate the Task Panel.
Click anywhere in the panel (or the correct date in Weekly View).
The New Task window will appear.
Enter the task details and click Create.
Side Note
The task will appear on the due date you set.
To add a Task to the Calendar View (Monthly), you'll need to add the Task via the Actions button.
Deleting or Completing Tasks
Important
We recommend marking Tasks as Complete as opposed to deleting them to view them later on the Tasks report. This is where you'll also manage tasks.
Delete a Task From the Calendar
Go to any Calendar View.
Click on the task you want to remove.
When the task details panel opens on the right, click Delete.
Mark a Task as Completed
Click the task and select Complete.
Completed tasks change from Red to Gray on the calendar.
