Summary
You can view unpaid customer balances in two ways: through the Calendar View or the Reports section.
Accessing The Unpaid Balance
Option 1 - Check Through Calendar View
From any Schedule View, click on an appointment on your schedule.
Click View Details under the customer's email.
On the right-hand side, you will see the Unpaid Balance under Revenues.
Option 2 - Check Through Reports
From your ZenMaid Dashboard, click Reports.
Under the Customers section, select Customers Sorted by Unpaid Balance.
You’ll be redirected to the Contacts page, where customers are listed by the amount owed.
