Following a highly successful career in project management and recruitment in corporate companies in London and Scotland, Krissi started her cleaning business BD365 in 2016 because she recognised there was a huge opportunity to provide a service using eco friendly products which she passionately beloved in. Within the space of 18 months, her new company had over 100 domestic clients and a dozen staff providing a tailored solution for domestic customers and light commercial clients. She moved into providing specialist commercial and agency end of tenancy services and took over the entire facilities and housekeeping team’s at one of Scotland’s largest and independently owned caravan parks.
Never one to shy away from helping people, Krissi would actively contribute in forums and groups and when the Domestic Cleaning Business Network was created last year, Krissi was one of the first to apply to help and is a founding Director, providing support and guidance to the industry, delivering training and working hard to improve standards and introduce best practice in an unregulated industry. In addition, she has launched a training company with fellow Director Louise Trehearn to provide domestic cleaners in the UK a place to come and enhance their skills and develop their businesses.
