Elena Ledoux is the co-founder of Superb Maids, award-winning service in Las Vegas that combines 5-star hotel’s customer service and Uber-like technology. Born in the Soviet Union, Ledoux graduated with Masters in International Economics and immigrated to the US in 1999. She graduated from law school and practiced litigation for 11 years. After settling in Las Vegas, Elena and Nargi started Superb Maids, now employing over 43 people. Focusing on premium cleaning, they began offering very detailed and deep cleanings to her clients and growing her relationships with staff, including creating a home buying program to help staff get their first home. Superb Maids is in the process of rolling out a national franchise.
