Ryan is ZenMaid’s Head of Marketing and also leads Customer Success. He also owns a small business and understands the complexities of hiring, retaining staff, managing employees, and being your own boss.

Ryan is part strategist, part storyteller, and full-time baller. He’s the guy behind the campaigns that make cleaning business owners say, “Wait, this software actually gets me.”

Kala Pomeroy — Customer Success Specialist & Ex-Maid Service Owner

Kala spent over 10 years running her own cleaning business before discovering ZenMaid — and she’s been hooked ever since! After seeing firsthand how it made her life easier, she joined the ZenMaid team to help other cleaning business owners do the same.

When she’s not helping customers or coaching new cleaning businesses in her community, you can find Kala volunteering at local food pantries, diving into a good book, or building epic Lego creations with her son.

Maria Dorian — Maid Service Owner & Customer Support

Maria ran her maid service in Austin, Texas for 14 years before selling it at an $840 run rate with over 35 cleaning techs. 

She now helps 100+ maid service owners run their business through her virtual assistant agency.  She also started a second maid service in Florida.

When she’s not helping ZenMaid customers, she is busy being a mother to four kids and painting rocks. Yes, she paints rocks!

Jorge Sardinha — Head of Customer Success

Jorge is dedicated to ensuring a smooth customer experience, helping them navigate challenges and get the most out of their tools. With a passion for problem-solving and a customer-first mindset, he’s always ready to assist and innovate.

When he’s not helping customers, he’s diving into new experiences; whether it’s through music, traveling to new places, or sharing stories over a good meal.

Ivan Dorian — Customer Support

Ivan has been part of the ZenMaid team for five years, where he focuses on leaving every customer delighted with their experience. He’s known for his calm approach and skill in solving technical issues quickly and efficiently.

When he’s not helping ZenMaid users, you’ll find him behind a drum set, gaming, or chasing new personal records at the gym.

Edgar Martinez Santos — Customer Support

Edgar is a passionate Customer Support Specialist with over 10 years of experience helping customers find clarity in complex situations.

Whether he’s untangling tricky account issues or guiding users through optimization calls, Edgar approaches every interaction with patience, empathy, and a genuine smile. You’ll often find him in the live chat, making sure every ZenMaid user feels supported and confident using the platform.

Outside of his work delighting customers, Edgar enjoys creative pursuits like embroidery and learning to sew clothes.

Michee Santos — VA Company Owner + Customer Support

Michee has been running a Virtual Assistant company — I Need a Michee — for almost a decade now, working closely with founders. Her goal has always been to give entrepreneurs their precious time back so that they can focus on growing their business and taking care of themselves.

Outside of work, she is a full-time fur-mom and a strong advocate for stray animals.

Brent Cremen — Customer Support

Brent supports cleaning business owners every day at ZenMaid! He is known for being down-to-earth, friendly, and genuinely helpful — always taking the time to make sure customers feel heard, supported, and confident using the software. He lives in Florida with his wife Naomi and their three kids, and outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, experimenting with 3D printing, and diving into new creative projects.

Before joining ZenMaid, Brent spent over 10 years in the SaaS world doing customer support, implementation, and onboarding. He's run several small businesses himself, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges cleaning company owners face and how the right tools can make their work easier.
