Important Notes

  • When you cancel an appointment from ZenMaid, it won't automatically cancel on your Google Calendar.

  • This zap works for one-time appointments. To add recurring appointments to your Google Calendar, you must create a second Zap using the "Recurring service created" option as the trigger.

  • On the Set up Google Calendar Detailed Event page, select which calendar you want appointments to appear on.

  • For Summary and Description, use the drop-down variables instead of typing manually.

Side Note

  • In the Description field, press Enter between selections so the data does not appear jumbled.

  • For Location, select Customer Service Addresses Display Line for the best address format.

  • For Start Date & Time, select the Start Date & Time drop-down item. For End Date & Time, select End Time and End Date.

  • Leave Repeat Frequency, Repeat Until, Repeat How Many Times, and All Day empty.

  • Set Visibility to Calendar Default.

  • For Show as Free or Busy, select Free. Select Busy if you use other scheduling tools like Calendly.

Publishing the Zap

  • Click Send Test to Google Calendar and confirm the test is successful.

  • Click Publish, give your Zap a name, and turn the toggle on.
