How to Manage Multiple Service or Billing Addresses and Notes

Accessing the customer profile

  • From your ZenMaid Dashboard, go to Contacts > All Contacts.

  • Find the contact you want to add the address to using the search bar. Click on their name to display their profile.

  • Once you're on your customer's profile, click on Edit.


Steps For: Service Addresses

  • Scroll down to Location Details.

  • Scroll down until you see the Add Service Location button.

  • Enter the additional customer address.

  • Don't forget to hit Save.


Adding Notes For Each Service Address

  • With a new service address added to the customer profile, you can follow these steps to help manage the different notes each service address may have:

    • Keep each service address associated with a different recurring service or appointment.

    • With each service address belonging to a separate appointment or recurring service, you can add Customer Notes or Appointment Notes that include information that only applies to the service address you're working on.


Steps For: Billing Addresses

  • Scroll down to Location Details.

  • Scroll down until you see the Add Service Location button.

  • Enter the additional customer address.

  • Don't forget to hit Save.
