Clients whose birthdays are entered into their profile receive automatic email wishing them a happy birthday

Add a feature to send Estimate texts to my customers.

Add a feature to send Cleaning Complete emails to my customers.

Need a section on the customer profile to see all the texts and emails sent to that customer, like email estimates, so we don't have to search through today's text and email to find it.

Would it be possible to add a function where cleaner availability across the whole week can be documented and displayed? We have cleaners with specific availability e.g. Monday and Wednesday and others who work for us full time etc.

This is so the client can recognize the cleaner when they arrive and feel more at ease not like they are random strangers.

Or at least give the option to add that info BEFORE the only option of "converting to a lead"/creating the contact because it makes my other automations(using trello for workflow) almost pointless because I have to manually enter all the relevant info twice. Not sure if I'm missing a way to do this because it seems a little strange that it only transfers some of the information like name/phone/address but not the other info like # of beds/baths/sqft etc.

Would LOVE to keep all correspondence with clients right in ZenMaid attached to their account for all office managers to see and respond. I’d pay more for this feature!!
